I recently got a new m5stack GRAY development kit.

On the website it says that it comes with a 10x capacitive touchscreen, however, navigating on the code examples I do not see any one that uses it.

Could someone provide some code around this?

The esp32's pins can act as capacitive touch sensors however not much is know about this function.

The M5Tough which features the capacitive touch screen may be out by the end of the month.

Jimmie has not been very forthcomming with the specs as it is still a work in progress but i think someware he is planning on dropping the 3 buttons to allow more space for a bigger screen.

This is a prototype model that is not available yet.
I do believe the touchscreen is part of a water resistant version that is "In Development"

It seems that the seller must have posted some information incorrectly or is referring to the capacitive touch pins as @grelm mentioned. The twitter video link you posted to is a new product called the M5Tough, A tough waterproof case which adds touchscreen capability to the M5Stack. Previously no model of M5Stack have included a touch screen.

In the description under "ESP32 Features" it is listed: "10x capactive touch interface".
Meaning: some ESP32 inputs can be used as 'Touch Inputs'
