<![CDATA[CP210x code 10 error on Windows 10 (1/8/21)]]>Hi,
I cannot use the Arduino IDE on Windows 10 because the USB to Serial driver does not work (Code 10).

I followed the instructions and downloaded on two different laptops with Windows 10 the driver, same error during the installation (do not start Code 10):

My Windows 10:
Windows 10 Home
OS build: 19041.685

My hardware:
Surface Laptop 3
AMD Ryzen 7 Microsoft Surface (R) Edition
