Yeah.</p>
<p dir="auto">As the connections were made I saw on Visual Studio my LAN id and password were unencrypted.    This bothers me.    Does that mean the connection is unencrypted over the air?    This worries me a bit if this were to be true.</p>

Connection to AWS is also encrypted as AWS IoT does not support unauthenticated connections.</p>
