<p dir="auto">We have some M5's out in products and recently started getting reports of the devices not booting.<br />
After checking the devices it appears the firmware is getting corrupt or lost and the units require a USB program to reflash and recover.</p>
<p dir="auto">There is no OTA update on the units so its not a case of a failed update.</p>
<p dir="auto">Does anyone have a similar experience or explanation?</p>
