We have some M5's out in products and recently started getting reports of the devices not booting.
After checking the devices it appears the firmware is getting corrupt or lost and the units require a USB program to reflash and recover.

There is no OTA update on the units so its not a case of a failed update.

Does anyone have a similar experience or explanation?
