<p dir="auto">one thing i'm trying to figure out is: whats the best practice for keeping the device when not in use? do we simply let the battery drain until the 3.3V regulator (i assume there is one for the esp32) shuts off?</p>

Single press to reset, double press to power off.</p>
<p dir="auto">It takes a bit of practice as sometimes it only reads one press and resets.</p>
