I'm securely connected  the 5 pins of the Downloader to the appropriate pins on the Stamp Pico. Then I connect the USB-C cable (sync+charge) to the Thunderbolt 3 computer port. All drivers are installed. Also, no LED is lighting up on the Downloader.</p>
<p dir="auto">osx version 14.3.1</p>

The device came recommended but I wouldn't be surprised if it was the stupid TB port.</p>

connected to the USBC port and never have a problem as the thunderbolt are only used for Hard drives.</p>

The problem is that the Thunderbolt port is 'too smart'. It does not recognize the peripheral and so will not engage power.<br />
If you have USB port on your machine try that, or a powered USB splitter. This is what I use.</p>
