<p dir="auto">There are a few options:</p>
<ul>
<li>Battery is empty</li>
<li>No firmware flashed</li>
<li>Firmware is flashed, but enters wrong mode (no Python-script to load)</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto">To troubleshoot:'</p>
<ul>
<li>connect the device to the computer with a cable.</li>
<li>Install drivers, if necessary. Link: <a href="https://docs.m5stack.com/en/download" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://docs.m5stack.com/en/download</a></li>
<li>Maybe it is necessary to restart the comuter at this point.</li>
<li>Open a browser and go to: <a href="https://uiflow2.m5stack.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://uiflow2.m5stack.com/</a> and login.</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto"><img src="/assets/uploads/files/1723811182589-f456fa5d-00a4-409c-a791-78a9d0c70aa9-image.png" alt="f456fa5d-00a4-409c-a791-78a9d0c70aa9-image.png" class=" img-fluid img-markdown" /></p>
<ul>
<li>Your browser should ask you to connect to a serial device. Select the right COM-Port.</li>
<li>and then a consolewindow should start.</li>
<li>Look at the output on that window.</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto">If the console window tells you something like UIFlow, bla bla, then maybe you neet to upload a python file OR flash another firmware (depending on your needs)</p>
<p dir="auto">If the console window stays blank, uh oh! I don't know! Maybe you have erased previousely installed firmware and need to reflash it.</p>
<p dir="auto">Maybe you need to flash a firmware with the M5 Burner available at: <a href="https://docs.m5stack.com/en/uiflow/m5burner/intro" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://docs.m5stack.com/en/uiflow/m5burner/intro</a></p>
<p dir="auto">I hope I could help a bit.</p>
<p dir="auto">S B</p>
