I have a M5Stack PoE-camera, and i am trying to update the firmware, according to this video: https://m5stack.oss-cn-shenzhen.aliyuncs.com/resource/docs/products/unit/poe_cam/poe_cam_video_01.mp4

I cannot get the bleu LED light to flash quickly, so i can adjust the IP address for my needs. i have tried it with all different baud rates, thinking that would work, but it sadly does not. i have also erased the firmware, but that also dint fix the problem. I have tried it with and without PoE switch and with and without an internet connection but nothing seems to work. i can see the IP address of the camera, but I cannot see the stream by using the IP address/stream.

Am I overlooking something obvious?

I have burned my camera with the latest firmware (1.1.0) and the the long press on the side to get access to the config does not work by me either. But if I burn it with version 1.0.0 the long press works:

However, if you can see an IP on the serial interface you have probably connected the camera to a network with a DHCP and you should be able to stream if your PC is connected to the same network.

But note that the urls are:
http://<CAM_IP>/stream for v 1.0.0.
and
http://<CAM_IP>/ for v 1.1.0.
