I just received my new M5 AirQ. I have two problems:

AirQ default application not working.
I followed instructions to connect the device to my access point. It connected but I don't see any data uploaded to the displayed web page and the AirQ display says "Upload... NG: [incrementing number]". The wifi access point does not block the traffic. What could be the problem?

Cannot flash new FW using M5Burner
Following https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6wNe5r8VhA (using a Mac), I don't see a serial port enumerate when I plug in the AirQ, and the Burn attempts fail. The video unfortunately seems to be for Windows users only. Is there a MacOS instruction somewhere?

Thanks much,

Is a communication driver required to test the AirQ standalone, just with its demo application on it? This is all done from my iphone as per the instructions. Is there a documentation on the demo application?

How do I know the device is actually in boot mode?
