<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[M5CoreInk RTC doesn&#x27;t wakeup when connected to USB]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">I have a modified version of the RTC_Clock example and it doesn't wakeup after an M5.shutdown(55) when it is connected to USB. If I disconnect the USB cable, the sketch works.</p>
<p dir="auto">The same behavior when I use the unmodified example. The RTC_Wakeup example also exhibits the same behavior.</p>
<p dir="auto">This makes it impossible to use Serial.print debug statements.</p>
<p dir="auto">Happy to include my modified sketch when I have the privileges to do so.</p>

<p dir="auto">well, M5CoreInk cannot shutdown in the first place when running from USB - see schematic <a href="https://docs.m5stack.com/en/core/coreink?id=schematic" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">here</a>.</p>
<p dir="auto">A modified USB-C cable (with 5 V line cut) might help with debug statements in this case.</p>
