Tried both Chrome and Firefox, same result. Why is this?

You didn't ask him a question you only posted his name and a question mark.
IPaddress banning is not a good solution when you are banning IPV4 addresses. I have sometime been caught by an IP ban due to the provider randomly changing the IP address..
You need to contact your VPN provider to sort out the issue.

Each time I connect I get a different ipaddr. I have yet been able to connect to M5Stack community when connected to tje VPN. It seems as though you are blocking any/all ipaddrs that piavpn provides. Is this indeed the case? Thanks.
