The device's battery drains from full charge to 0 in 4-5 hours even when Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and the screen are turned off and not in use. Is this battery life normal?</p>

When I use the device 5 min ,its charge drops to 85%. But when I turn off the device completely, there is no problem and the charge remains the same.</p>

100% of battery and when turn on (unplugged) drops to 85% something like that.</p>
