I installed the driver CH9102_VCP_SER_Windows  <a href="https://m5stack.oss-cn-shenzhen.aliyuncs.com/resource/drivers/CH9102_VCP_SER_Windows.exe" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://m5stack.oss-cn-shenzhen.aliyuncs.com/resource/drivers/CH9102_VCP_SER_Windows.exe</a>  .  But when connected via USB - Type C cable, my device is not displayed in the device manager. There are no COM ports in M5Burner (they are not displayed).</p>
<p dir="auto">Please, help me</p>

<p dir="auto">I found on Win 11 don't work really the USB / Serial driver from M5Stack.<br />
I found after some own Trouble with can't find device the driver developer with an update driver also for Win 11. (Driver year 2025)</p>
<p dir="auto">I test, unknown device still exist, but I think with Arduino IDE can work, until now my own project stopped with some other errors, so I'm not sure to 100% but if help other and you.</p>

You can check the Sorfware antivirus or Microsoft Defender or the app that prevents or blocks the operation. Maybe you have set the system to prevent the operation of the external app. And try to check your cable is a data cable or just charging. If it is charging only, it will not be able to connect. By testing with other devices, observe whether the device being tested has a serial port or not. If the tested device does not have a port, it means that your cable does not support data transfer. You need to find a new cable that supports data transfer.</p>

When buying them make sure to get data cables as power/charge cables don’t have the data wires</p>
