In 2023 I used the M5Stack Core 2 for a project.

Now I tried to put the same project on a new M5Stack Core 2 (which I bought last month) and when I pass any code the screen stays on and black.

Even passing examples from the <M5Core2.h> library itself, the screen lights up but stays black.

When I reinstall the factory firmware the screen, touch and buttons work fine. I'm using the Arduino IDE and IO Platform and none of them work, I've also updated the M5Core2.h library.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem?

You need to check the documents for the update records.
Probably better to rebuild from scratch
