<p dir="auto">Why is GMT+1 not UTC+1h - instead is UTC-1h<br />
I expect 2025,3,24,8,0,56,83</p>
<p dir="auto">RTC ist total out of sync.<br />
Have we a NTP get Time Process during TCP connect or not ?</p>

this is a java problem... for example Etc/GMT+8 means GMT-8 actually<br />
will fix it by using UTC</p>
