I have the following problem:

The physical ring in M5Stack Dial jumps 16 steps per 1 full rotation. The encoder on the screen (and audibly) for 1 full rotation is about 20-21 jumps. This causes the physical ring to be out of sync with the encoder.

What is the reason for the lack of synchronization? How many physical jumps should there be, and how many with the encoder in the GUI for 1 full rotation?

Thanks!
