Can´t get token ATOM EchoSTT

Hi! I cant get token for ECHO STT on m5 burner. Always get token failed. Check your network status and retry ... this error occurs in any device or network. Any ideas? Thanks!

I'm using MacOS version M5burner 2.2.4 and EchoSTT in it 1.0-en. After the flash, ECHO normally connects to my WiFi, but after clicking on "Get Token" nothing happens for a long time and then it reports this error "Get token failed. Check your network status and retry ..". The internet works for me normally. I've been trying this way for over a week.

We have tested it and it works. Where are you located? maybe your area can't access your server normally. you could try to change the network （like use the phone AP) then try again.

my area is Germany I can't get a token for Atom Echo and the Timercam it has worked for both in the past
