M5Stack Fire - inside 2-pol connector

On the board of the M5Stack fire is a little 2-pol connector.
Does anybody know what the funktion is ?
There is no dokumentation about it. (or I cannot find it.)K.D.

from what I can tell / measure that is a battery connector. One pin is connected to GND the other to BAT.

If it's for battery, then I think a 3,7 V akku will work - the same they are using in the moduls.Thank you.
