TailBat will turn off after few seconds

Hello,
I have a TailBat connected to Atom Lite but TailBat will turn off after few seconds. TailBat is fully charged (red light stops blinking while USB is connected to power source).Is it a normal behavior or faulty unit?

This is normal if the Atom is not doing anything.
The Power chip expects a certain load to keep alive, it the atom is in standby then the load is too small and will cut out.
