GMT+13 time zone missing (e.g. for NZDT > New Zealand Daylight Savings Time)

I've only started playing with all my impulse purchases (AtomS3, Coreink, M5Paper, ...) today and everywhere I was presented with a choice for time zone so far (e.g. M5Flow/UIFlow, UIFlow 2, default firmware of M5Paper, ToDo app for M5Paper, M5burner for Win, ...), I only was able to choose GMT+12. I'm located in New Zealand and we're currently in Daylight Savings Time which is GMT+13. Is this something that could be looked at?
