How to use BLE to obtain heart rate data of M5Dial wristband

I want to use UIFlow's BLocks BLE to build a device that can use M5Dial to obtain heart rate data from a wristband and and display it. Why is there no response or prompt after running it?May I ask what I should do and how to build it?
