机器无法开机，无法烧录

开关键开机屏幕是黑的，按BtnRst键无效，连接M5Burner 能找到COM口，但是点击烧录 提示Invalid chip。请大神指导如何解决。 不是电量问题，昨天刚到的新机器，电量是满的，昨天刚到时很正常，今天尝试烧录时发现的问题
