        Since there are no M5Stack products using these sensors, it is unlikely you will see blocks support for them in UiFlow unless you create it yourself. Therefore your best option is to switch to the micropython tab and follow a tutorial such as this https://randomnerdtutorials.com/micropython-ds18b20-esp32-esp8266/ on how to read from the sensor in micropython.

          The DS18B20 uses Maxim's exclusive 1-Wire bus protocol that implements bus communication using one control signal. The control line requires a weak pullup resistor since all devices are linked to the bus via a 3-state or open-drain port (the DQ pin in the case of the DS18B20).
