My PC is not recognizing my M5 CARDPUTER

hi everyone, i just bought a M5 CARDPUTER and i'm falling to connect it wuth my computer. I saw some videos on youtube, some website that was telling which drive you should install, but any previous alternatives was capable to make my pc recognize my cardputer. Could anyone indicate the steps or just help me? Thanks a lot.

do you see comport detection in M5Burner when you connect usb to it?

@marcelusvictor Did you put the Cardputer into Download Mode as described here? https://docs.m5stack.com/en/core/Cardputer
If Yes, check your device manager if the COM port appears without any error message. If it not apears then your USB cable may be broken or has power wires only (cross check with another one).
