M5Stickc plus2 не включается

Привет, у меня m5stickc plus2 не работает, недавно подключил внешний аккумулятор к контактам BAT и 5V, через 1 минуту он выключился и перестал включаться. Зелёный индикатор не горит, на зарядное устройство тоже нет реакции. Нагревается какой-то элемент на задней стороне платы около порта Type-C
