UiFlow2 M5UI Menu - ONLY switch events?

Does UiFlow2 V.23.8 M5UI
Menu - ONLY have SWITCH events?
I did not find a way to tell which 'Menu' Label was selected
I only see get label text, and that doesn't count as an event.Other than adding switch events to a menu.
I do not understand what the Menu widget is used for.
When adding Pages and labels that do not process events...Thanks,
