Using M5Stack for Automotive Sensor Displays - Any Ideas?

I’m currently working on an M5Stack project that collects and displays sensor data from vehicles in real time. I’m especially interested in practical applications like diagnostics, telemetry or custom dashboards for car performance.
Browsing some automotive projects online, as this one gave me inspiration for creating useful and visually intuitive displays. I’d love to hear how others here have approached similar projects, which sensors, modules, or layouts worked best for you, and any tips for seamless integration with vehicles.
