Hi! in some firmware like bus pirate you can.
If you connect the cardputer and your pc or smartphone to the same wifi and select as terminal type "wifi web" , it appears an IP adress.
And if you put this adress into your laptop browser you can control bus pirate from there.
But i don't think you can do that normaly with other firmwares.

I’m using magnifying glasses at the moment but my son says I look to geeky. 🤣

if its about initial config with stock firmware to add your Cardputer device to your wifi then it can be done via M5Burner in config,

            M5StickC, M5StickCPlus, M5StickCplus2,M5GO, M5Core, M5Tough, M5Core2, M5 Demo Board, M5Dial, M5Paper, M5Atom, M5Cardputer, M5StampS3, CoreMP135, StamPLC, AirQ, M5Tab, M5CardputerAdv, M5StackChan

@robski Hi. I was having trouble entering passwords etc. I’ve solved it at the moment by using magnifying glasses, I may add a bigger external screen later if possible

Besides the WiFi web terminal option, you could also check if your firmware supports USB serial so you can interact with it via a terminal on your laptop. That’s usually more reliable and doesn’t depend on specific firmware features.
