Is there any documentation of the reference designators on the core PCB out there somewhere? They aren't in the silk screen, which is understandable for the small parts, but it would be very helpful to have a document that allows me to find a particular part on the board.

      Thanks,
      -Jeff

Hi Jeff, please refer to this link for the schematic of the core https://github.com/m5stack/M5-3D_and_PCB/blob/master/M5_Core_SCH(20171206).pdf

@lukasmaximus said in PCB Reference Designators Documentation:

Thanks @lukasmaximus. I have the schematic. I was hoping for a document that showed an image of the PCB with the part designators so that I could find where, for example, R5 is on the board.

A component designator only makes sense if you have the correct schematic.
