¡¡AYUDA!! M5STACK CORE 2 PANTALLA NEGRA

En 2023 utilicé M5Stack Core 2 para un proyecto.
Ahora intenté poner el mismo proyecto en un nuevo M5Stack Core 2 (que compré el mes pasado) y cuando paso algún código la pantalla permanece encendida y negra.
Incluso pasando ejemplos desde la propia biblioteca <M5Core2.h>, la pantalla se ilumina pero permanece negra.Cuando reinstalo el firmware de fábrica, la pantalla, el tacto y los botones funcionan bien. Estoy usando Arduino IDE y IO Platform y ninguno de ellos funciona, también he actualizado la biblioteca M5Core2.h.
¿Alguien sabe qué puedo hacer para solucionar este problema?
