M5-StickV K210 Starting Run Recognition Program fails

We finished V-Triaining successfully, but if we want to start the M5 Stick with the program it stops at the starting picture and won't go any further.
Also we aren't able to turn the M5-StickV K210 off and need to wait, till it's out off battery.
These are the documents that we get after V-Training process.
Hopefully someone could help us :)
