Can anyone write a UIflow program in which the M5 reads and writes the signal from the IR transmitter and then can send it?

UIFlow support NEC protocol for IR unit, maybe you can try with this:
Recommend download the code to device instead of RUN.
By the way, if you want read the air conditioner or others device single it will more difficult with UIFlow.
