      Hi all,

Quick question on this - I was hoping to take a usbc input and route it through the dc connector (just because the panel mount I'm using has wires on the inside rather than a usb lead) but I have read that the voltage it requires is 6V minimum - so am I right in thinking I can't use a usb power in to power through the DC port? If not I'll put a usb connector on the end of the wires.

      Thanks in advance!

@louisandthecat It probably is correct due to the losses from the internal power regulator.

I agree! USB power (5V) won’t be enough since the DC input requires at least 6V. If you’re set on using the DC port, you’d need a step-up converter. Otherwise, adding a USB connector to the wires sounds like the easier option.
