M5StamPLC can't connect in Arduino IDE

I followed all the instructions in documentation on how to setup Arduino IDE with StamPLC for some reason it doesn't connect( I did hold the boot button until led turn red to enter download mode.) and it doesn't show up in device manager. I have tried different USB ports and still the same problem. Is there any driver I need to install?

I solved it. My usb c cable was junk.
