Issue with m5dial and Unit 4Relay

Hello I have m5dial and connected to port A Unit 4Relay
When I download program to m5dial with Unit 4Relay its works okay, but sometimes when relay turn (no matter what) I get this error in m5dial
When I burn m5dial to V 2.4.2i get this error(5x per hour) so it was worst then V 2.3.6 (1x per day)
Can someone help me with this pls?

@PPKOVY it happens only when relay is called to be on? or on "standby" too?
is your unit 4relay supplied from external voltage source? -
@robski Yes it happens only when relay is called to be on not in standby
Unit 4relay is connected to Port A with his supply(5V), but I using +24vdc for supplied m5dial
