Esp32 arduino library version- pre releases

Can i install esp32 libraries that are release candidates and the m5 arduino libraries will still function.
At the moment I have esp32 1.0.2 but i want to try a newer version that has improved BLE support

@rob-biernat It can be hit and miss.
Sometimes code on existing function changes resulting in broken code. You can try it but just be mindful of the issues the change may bring.
