Mini RFID Unit (MFRC522) write block only on Mifare classic EV1 and not NXP Ntag213?

I have a question about this code below, the code function with a IC MIFARE classic EV1, but when i try to write a text on a IC NXP Ntag213 not function, i'm not read any text in the specific address after write.The RC522 module read only the uid.
There is some trick, or the rfid module m5 rc522 function in writing only on Mifare card with EV1 and not on the NFC inlay with NXP ntag213/215/216?
