M5StickC display scrolling

Hi,
I am using the scrolling function on my M5Stack and it works very well there. I tried this example for the M5StickC and the display does not scroll. The text just starts up again.Is there already a solution to get the scrolling function in the M5StickC display?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
