Hello,
how can I use built-in LED for debugging purposes?

I tried this:
pinMode(27, OUTPUT);
digitalWrite(27, HIGH);

but LED didn't light up.

@numian its a ws2812 type addressable led. If you want to use them you should look for neopixel library
