Detect walking direction using 2 PIR units
-
Hello,
I'm planning to buy two M5stack PIR units and a pb.hub (I'll connect this to an M5stickCplus)
Do these PIR sensors trigger consistently (always the same sensitivity)?
I need to know this because I want to use the time difference between the triggering of these two sensors (mounted in a distance of ~10cm away from each other) to detect in which direction a person walks. Thanks

@aeisele55 I don't think PIR's would be suitable for that as the detection range would result in both being triggered.
You may be better off with a pair of TOFS or laser beam and receivers.
